THE 2025 DISABILITY SUMMIT AND DRF LAUNCH
Disability Resources Foundation (DRF) is pleased to announce a landmark event that will shape the future of disability support and empowerment in Zambia. The 2025 Disability Summit and DRF Launch will take place on Saturday, 30th August 2025, from 10:30 to 15:00 hours at the prestigious UNZA Confucius Multi-Purpose Hall in Lusaka and food shall be provided.
EMPOWERING THROUGH DIALOGUE AND ACTION
This summit is designed to foster crucial dialogue, education, and motivation among stakeholders, advocates, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities. Our esteemed lineup of keynote speakers, including Dr. Pearl Inonge Muhapi (CEO-DRF), Mr. Raphael Abraham Mbewe, Mr. Sanjeev Sharda, Mr. John Chiti, and Chijika Ngonga, will share insights and expertise that will drive positive change.
TANGIBLE IMPACT
Beyond dialogue, the summit will deliver tangible benefits to our community. We will be distributing essential assistive devices, including wheelchairs, white canes, armpit crutches, walkers, and sunscreen, to support the independence and well-being of differently-abled individuals.
