CAN Member Commitment Survey – Honouring Professor Sally Hartley

Following the Memorial Lecture held on 10th April 2026 in honour of Professor Sally Diane Hartley, under the theme “Celebrating a Legacy: Inspiring Inclusive Development,” the CBR Africa Network (CAN) warmly invites all members, partners, and stakeholders to reaffirm their commitment to advancing Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and Community-Based Inclusive Development (CBID).

Professor Hartley’s life and work continue to inspire a shared vision of dignity, inclusion, and equal opportunity for all. This survey offers you a moment to reflect on her legacy and to express how you will carry forward her vision in your own work, community, and sphere of influence.

Your response is more than just feedback—it is a commitment to action. Together, these commitments will help CAN to

Strengthen collaboration and the sharing of knowledge and experience and to guide future actions, partnerships, and resource mobilization efforts

This survey will take approximately 2–3 minutes to complete.

Thank you for being part of this shared journey to advance inclusion, equity, and dignity for persons with disabilities across Africa and beyond.
