IDDC OPD Dialogues Series: Equity in Action – Fairer Funding Models for a Localized Agenda

The CBR Africa Network (CAN) is pleased to invite its members, partners, and stakeholders to participate in the second edition of the IDDC OPD Dialogues webinar series, scheduled for 30 June 2026.

Under the theme, “Equity in Action: Fairer Funding Models for a Localized Agenda,” the webinar will bring together Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), international NGOs, development partners, and funders to discuss how funding systems can better support localization and disability-inclusive development.

The dialogue will explore critical questions including:

What does meaningful localization look like in practice?
How can unrestricted funding strengthen OPDs?
What are the barriers to equitable funding?
How can funders and international partners foster more balanced and sustainable partnerships?
