Nabil Ezzat Halim – CEOSS (Egypt) Is a Central Programs and Grants Manager, Local Development Unit (CEOSS).

Mr. Halim has developmental experience in social development for more than 20 years in addition to Community Based Inclusive development (CBID). He is a member to the CAN International Advisory Board.
