Exchange and planning workshop of the CBR National Network

The workshop was facilitated by a disabled woman resource person. The word of welcome was delivered by the
represent of PITR / CBR, who focused on the 1978 Alma Ata declaration that resulted in the first CBR / WHO strategy. Followed by the Vice-President of CAN. She said that CAN was created in 2001 in Uganda. Uganda is home to
the CAN Secretariat. She also added that CAN is present in 42 African countries and is also present in Latin America
and Asia Pacific, leading to the creation of the CBR Global Network in 2012. CAN also has a website and is present on social networks. She was followed respectively by the represent of the Plan Togo International Representative.
