Rehabilitation and dementia: global, national and personal perspectives, scheduled for 21 January 2025 at 1:00 pm GMT.
The World Health Organization (WHO) is delighted to announce its collaboration with Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) for an upcoming webinar titled Rehabilitation and dementia: global, national and personal perspectives, scheduled for 21 January 2025 at 1:00 pm GMT.
Rehabilitation services following a dementia diagnosis are a valuable strategy for helping individuals maintain their autonomy. This approach ensures patients remain actively involved in their care and treatment decisions.
In this joint session, ADI and WHO will cover rehabilitation from individual, country and global perspectives. The WHO’s Package of interventions for rehabilitation for those living with dementia will be presented by WHO experts.
