Global Rehabilitation Leadership Institute (GRLI) 2023: Request for Nominations
e Global Rehabilitation Leadership Institute (GRLI) is implemented by the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH), with support from the Learning, Acting and Building for Rehabilitation in Health Systems (ReLAB-HS) Activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The course responds to the need to support, position, and retain country officials, health care providers, and other key stakeholders to serve as leaders in the field of rehabilitation and health systems strengthening. The objective of the Leadership Institute is to enhance effective leadership capacity to address the need for enhanced access to rehabilitation services.
Johns Hopkins University is seeking nominations for qualified participants to attend its second course offering, to be held between May – July 2023 in Pakistan. The first part of the course will be held online between May – June, with in-person training to follow in Islamabad, Pakistan between July 16-22, 2023.
Qualified candidates include professionals working in government, health systems, media/journalism, academia, healthcare, NGOs, CSOs, international organizations, and private organizations who have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing the availability and accessibility of rehabilitation services within health systems. We welcome nominations from all sectors engaged in promoting rehabilitation as an essential health service.
