Welcome to the CCBRT Academy: we are very happy to present to you the 2019/2020 CCBRT Academy training catalogue! This catalogue outlines the manifold activities in the realm of capacity building and education that will take place in the course of the coming academic year at the CCBRT Academy campus in Dar es Salaam.
While a great amount of capacity building is continuously taking place at our hospital, we have decided to open the CCBRT Academy in order to make the trainings not only for CCBRT staff but also accessible to the wider community of Dar es Salaam.
As the work of the Academy progresses, we look forward to increasing the number of open trainings available for the public. With this we hope to see a rise in the work force of specialised healthcare workers in Tanzania and
to better support the CCBRT hospital on its “safari” towards becoming a social enterprise: Supporting the charity work of CCBRT!
Our Academy is committed to set and maintain standards of excellence in teaching and learning. We do this by offering a cutting-edge learning environment for working healthcare staff that enhances learning by efficiently integrating theory and practice.
The academic year 2019/2020 will see the Academy strengthening its ties to our academic and cooperation partners, further standardizing its offers and sharpening its teaching and delivery profile.
