Delegates include persons with disabilities and care takers, policy makers; service providers (health, social security, education, livelihood, legal and empowerment sectors); researchers (university faculty); representatives of local and international NGO’s; international developmental partners; supranational organizations (e.g. PAHO, UNESCO; ILO; UNICEF; Commonwealth Foundation; OAS; CARICOM).
