Mr.Elie Bagbila

Head of Rights & Advocacy Light for the World International, Burkina Faso. Mr. Elie Bagbila is a sociologist with over 30 years of experience in disability inclusion and community development. He has worked extensively in CBR and eye health, holding leadership roles at Light for the World International since 2012. Currently, he oversees rights and advocacy efforts. He is an IDDC Board member and link to the CBID Task Group.
